“Through the ITC retreat, I was reminded to turn from leading others to strive towards the mission to leading others to worship. The two, on the surface, look like both holy things and things that please the Father, but they are two vastly different things!
Because of the switch, the Father has been digging up some deep and buried issues that needed to be faced before He could expand us and lead us to do more Kingdom work. It could only be done through worship.
So now I feel like my role is to lead people into becoming more passionate worshipers and in the process, let the Lord lead them to His mission…I don’t have to do that.
It relieves much of the burden off of my shoulders and redirects my eyes to Jesus Christ. It’s much better this way.
My identity as a child has also made a big difference in how I lead! If I can see myself as a child of God, it changes my perspective on others too. They are also His children and need time to grow and change and prep before they truly walk out their destiny.
We have the opportunity to share these kinds of teachings with others as well. Hopefully we have more opportunities to do so!”

International Training Center
WHO WE ARE
The International Training Center was started with a passion for the Great Commission given by Jesus, or as they refer to it — the global mandate of the resurrected King Jesus.
They accomplish this through practically equipping the Church through discipleship, serving the Church to be people of prayer unified as one body, and evangelizing the lost. All of the center’s missionaries are servants who give themselves to stirring up practical prayer strategies and multiplying relational discipleship.
Pray that through the training center God would call many more to fulfill the global mandate to disciple, pray for and evangelize the nations.
WHO WE SERVE
The training center exists to spread the supremacy of Jesus Christ through igniting Spirit-led movements of disciple-making and prayer in cities and nations for the glory of God.
Pray for God to strengthen His people in faith and unity through the center’s prayer movements and discipleship.
FOCUS PROJECT
Once or twice a year, the training center holds a ten day to two-week retreat of intensive discipleship training and prayer healing for strategically-chosen global believers who are church or ministry leaders in their country. Past retreats have included leaders from China, India, Australia, Africa, and the Middle East.
Through the training center retreats, global leaders are given a deeper understanding of their identity in Christ so they can walk again in newness of life and the freedom of forgiveness, letting go of the bondage to personal strongholds, cultural expectations, and the heavy burdens of responsibility they carry.
Pray that global leaders who participate in the center’s retreats would find long-term healing, peace, and renewed freedom in Christ.
Prayerfully consider covering the cost for one Chinese leader to attend a future retreat!
