WHO WE ARE
The mission of this ministry is to equip churches, networks, and ministries to develop leaders who will, in turn, transform communities and nations.

This ministry does so by implementing a holistic goal and process. Its diverse trainings and materials have helped many organizations embrace principles of leader development that engage their leaders, families, and communities. In order to be effective, a leader must be strong in inner life, relational life, integrity and servanthood, vision, and the skills to think and act well.

Its core vision is to help leaders grow in these areas.

Pray that this ministry would help identify the right leaders, strengthen them in holistic, biblical leadership, and be equipped to lead God’s people in His might.

FOCUS PROJECT
Each year on average, our China team conducts hundreds of trainings for thousands of leaders across the nation.

Pray that each training would be covered by the protection of His Spirit; and pray that each participant would hear what God wants him to hear and be equipped with the truths to lead God’s people mightily as unto the Lord.
