Leadership Training (Low-Income)
WHO WE ARE
A ministry dedicated to creating Biblically sound materials that are tailor-made for target audiences so that nationals become the primary teachers equipping church leaders. The desire is to see pastors who are filled with knowledge, character and skill, approved workmen who have no cause to be ashamed (II Timothy 2:15). Using a curriculum that is extensive and diverse, this ministry desires pastors to be built up to face all kinds of challenges.
Pray for participants to retain and apply what they learn in these courses. Pray that they would grow in wisdom and be protected from the discouragements of the Enemy.
WHO WE SERVE
This ministry serves where church growth is exploding, education is low, and poverty is common. This ministry starts with where pastors are, both geographically (the ministry comes to them) and in terms of their level of education, allowing pastors to learn at the rate that best suits them.
Pray that God would use these courses to make participants rooted and built up in Him and prepare them with the wisdom they need to minister well to people in the midst of rapid church growth.
FOCUS PROJECT
God has been using this ministry to create pastoral training curriculum, uniquely written and deliberately taught so that church leaders with a very low education level can teach other future pastors with confidence and competence as they raise up qualified leaders for ministry.
The training curriculum is for leaders who are:
Floundering without a clear strategy or the appropriate tools to train other pastors
From lower economic levels of society, who cannot afford to move to the city and attend a Bible institute
Disqualified or discouraged from attending formal Bible schools due to their low education level
From a population or people group where conversion growth of the church is exploding but there is an acute lack of qualified shepherds
In ministry because life experience motivates them to learn the right things for the right reasons
Pray that God would use this training to grow pastors into qualified shepherds, making them confident in their identity in Christ and well-equipped to serve the needs of their flock.
