“What we see with our physical eyes is that the virus has disrupted our daily lives and has prevented our kids from coming back to do therapy during this season. But what we have seen with our spiritual eyes is that the Father is giving people time to turn back to Him, to know Him and to revive our hearts.
He is also giving us time to visit families that we haven’t visited in a long time, the elderly, and go to the village to help our brothers and sisters with their farming. Through these opportunities to visit with people and help with what they need, we have also had chances to share with them the love of Jesus Christ.
One of the highlights of ministry has been seeing our four new team members integrate into our larger team. We have also been contacted by therapy centers in two other counties asking that we help with training.
This is a year of expansion. We are moving forward with the renting space next door to our current center. Not only is the Father leading us to increase our influence in our surrounding community, but He is taking us wider still, to other counties. We are excited to see what is up next!”

Special Needs Therapy Center
WHO WE ARE
Using their skills in physical, occupational, speech therapy and social work, therapists work with each special needs child multiple times a week, alongside their parents and grandparents, to improve their physical, mental, and emotional health with the long-term goal of making them a functional member of society. But at the core of all they do is to show and share the love and hope of Christ!
Amazingly, most of the therapists who work at the center have just a little over a middle school education, but through intense training and the blessing of God, the therapy center has become a sought-after model of special needs therapy in the region. Even government agencies have asked this small group of therapists to do special training sessions for them.
Pray that God would continue to bless and strengthen the therapists, children, grandchildren and parents of this ministry in Christ.
WHO WE SERVE
Located in a southern region of China, this unique special needs therapy center serves children from all ages with various levels of disability.
Pray that each child and each of their family members would come to know the Lord. Pray that they would be a light everywhere they go in China!
FOCUS PROJECT
The therapy center is currently in the process of expanding its center. God has opened the door for the center to rent and renovate the space next door, and the process is underway. This expansion will serve to meet the needs of many more special needs children who require therapy and family members who need encouragement and a gospel outlook for the heavy burdens they daily carry.
Pray that as God has blessed the therapy center to expand that He would protect them by His Spirit, unite the team in love, and provide for all their needs.
